This matter came on for regular hearing on January 3, 1994 at 2:00 P.M. in Department "M" of the above entitled court, located at 325 S. Melrose, Vista, California, upon the verified petition of JAIME A. CASTANEDA, the petitioner being represented by counsel, Anthony Abbott, no pleadings in opposition having been filed, where upon the court, considering the averments in the verified pleadings, other documents filed in this case and matters judicially noticeable, found findings of fact, made conclusions of law and ordered judgment as follows:
WHEREAS, this court has determined that HISPANOS UNIDOS has satisfied all the requirements pursuant to California Government Code 6000.
WHEREFORE, IT ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the HISPANOS UNIDOS is a "newspaper of general circulation", as defined in Section 6000 of the Government Code, for the County of San Diego, California.
